So I opened the March edition of Women’s Running and read an article about a new type of fitness class like spinning but involving treadmills instead! For someone who loves spinning this sounded pretty awesome to me. I like the idea of doing intervals in a really motivational environment. Anything that improves my speed sounds fantastic to me and the idea of treadmill running classes is very attractive when compared to the freezing cold weather we currently have in the UK at the moment.
The class is based in the Bank area of London (which is close to where I work) and you get a free trial class if you sign up for it on their website http://www.project-fit.co.uk. I’m raring to try it and will do so once my naughty hip is behaving itself again and review it on here afterwards!
